This upmarket apartment block overlooks Pollock Beach.  The apartments have all been individually designed to reflect the end-users specific tastes and requirements.

The architecture reflects images from the Greek Islands.  Lightly coloured plastered and painted walls, chimney elements, brightly coloured balcony elements and the interplay between solids and voids form the building blocks of the composition.
